Taxable Benefits
If you have provided your employee with any benefits in kind that we need to declare to the tax office on your behalf then you should advise us of these now . If you have already advised us of a benefit in kind please confirm that the arrangements are still in place. These benefits would include personal use of the employer's car, separate living accommodation, health club membership, private health insurance, flights home etc. If you are unsure whether any benefits that you give your employee are taxable, then please visit the benefits in kind section of our website. Failing to declare or late declaration to the Inland Revenue could result in penalties and interest being charged.
