Up to date employment information for 2006/07

We will shortly be preparing an Employer's Annual Return (P35) on your behalf for filing with the Inland Revenue at the tax year-end. This will reflect all salary tax and NI details for your employee/s up until the end of March. If there any changes to your employment arrangements that would effect your annual declaration and liability then please advise us as soon as possible, and definitely by the beginning of April.

We have a large amount of returns to prepare on behalf of all of our subscribers at this time of the year, and a relatively short period in which to file them with the Revenue to avoid incurring penalties for late submission. Therefore your co-operation in advising us promptly of any changes (e.g. in employees leaving or pay levels) is especially appreciated at this time of year.

In the event that you do not notify us in reasonable time of any changes to your annual employment records for the tax year 2007/08, and we have to resubmit or modify P35 and P14/P60 forms already completed on your behalf, we reserve the right to shorten the period of your current subscription to take into account extra work caused by your delay in keeping us fully informed, and we cannot guarantee that you will receive the Inland Revenue's incentive payment this year.
