About the Members Area

The Stafftax Members Area is a place where clients can access a whole host of features pertaining to their personal account with Stafftax and their employee. It has been designed to make employing as easy and efficient as possible for all our clients.

Since we launched the Members Area in May 2009, it has proved to be a huge success with many of our clients, who have found it an invaluable tool for managing their needs as an employer.

Within your personal account you can make requests, send us a message, and most importantly, download your payslips – this is extremely useful during times of postal disruption! Find out more about downloading your payslips here . . .

Within the Members Area there is also have free unlimited access to the Enable Legal Helpline which offers advice on a variety of issues:

• Will Writing

• Power of Attorney

• Conveyancing

• Advice Notes

This is a service offered by Stafftax Legal that enables you to contact us directly with a specific question. We always respond within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank holidays). All questions and related answers are stored within this section of the site. Keep up-to-date with all the news and developments on employment law, and other areas of law that may affect your household..

• Document Management

This allows you to upload your own documents to help efficiently manage your employee.

Signing in

Access to the Members Area is available along main menu or on the right hand button on the Stafftax homepage and all clients have an automatic account as soon as their annual subscription has been processed.

As a subscriber you can sign in whenever you like using your payroll number and the password that was supplied in your Stafftax Starter Pack. Once logged in you have the option of changing your password if you prefer.

Please be aware the Members Area employs the use of 'pop ups' to give information and in some cases pop-ups may be blocked by the browser. If this happens, depending on the browser you are using, you can unblock Nannytax pop ups by selecting the function in 'Tools' and on an Apple Mac this can be found in 'Preferences'.
