Homes & Garden Magazine Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

    • This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Enable Limited, registered in the UK with company number 04552449 and registered office at 7th Floor, Telecom House, 125-135 Preston Road, Brighton, BN1 6AF (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotion Details

    • This Promotion entitles new Stafftax customers only a complimentary 6-month subscription to Homes & Garden print magazine upon signing up for a Stafftax payroll subscription between 21st July 2025 and 31st August 2025 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
    • Customers will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem this promotional offer within 7 days of signing up for the Stafftax service.
    • This offer must be redeemed by 1st October 2025; after this date, redemption will no longer be available.
    • Only one magazine subscription is available per eligible household.

3. Exclusions

    • The offer does not apply to:
      • Existing customers.
      • Short subscriptions i.e. subscriptions lasting fewer than 12-months.
      • Any of Stafftax’s other bolt-on services, including but not limited to: Stafftax Plus and Insurances.

4. Usage Limits

    • Only one magazine subscription is available per eligible household.
    • The promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
    • The promotion is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

5. Changes and Termination

    • The magazine subscription is provided by a third-party publisher. Stafftax is not responsible for content, delivery delays, or fulfilment issues once the subscription is set up.
    • Termination of a subscription will be dealt with in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is outlined within the Stafftax Terms & Conditions.
    • Customers who cancel their Stafftax service within 30 days of sign-up may forfeit their entitlement to the magazine subscription.
    • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or extend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Misuse of the Promotion or violation of these terms may result in the discount being refused or the subscription being cancelled.

6. Liability

    • We accept no responsibility for promotions that are lost, misused, or expired.

7. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
    • Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
