1. Promoter

• • This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Enable Limited, registered in the UK with company number 04552449 and registered office at 7th Floor, Telecom House, 125-135 Preston Road, Brighton, BN1 6AF (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotion Details

• • This Promotion entitles new customers only to a free 6 months subscription to Stafftax Plus, our paymernt service where we pay employees and HMRC on behalf of the employer, thereafter our usual subscription charges will apply.
  • The offer is valid from 29th December 2025 to 31st January 2026 inclusive.
  • To redeem the offer, new customers must add Stafftax Plus to their Stafftax Payroll & HR service subscription.

3. Exclusions

• • The offer does not apply to:
    • Existing customers.
    • Short subscriptions i.e. subscriptions lasting fewer than 12-months.

4. Usage Limits

• • The offer is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

5. Changes and Termination

• • Termination of a subscription will be dealt with in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is outlined within the Stafftax Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or extend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Misuse of the Promotion or violation of these terms may result in the discount being refused or the subscription being cancelled.

6. Liability

• • We accept no responsibility for promotions that are lost, misused, or expired.

7. Governing Law

• • These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
