The service we offer at Stafftax extends far beyond basic payoll:

  • Stafftax will draw up an employment contract and provide weekly or monthly payslips and for the employee
  • We provide unlimited support from our team of payroll experts and allow unlimited access to our Legal Helpline
  • We won’t charge extra for P45s when the employee leaves and clients can freeze their subscription if they stop employing for a period of time and reactivate later at no extra cost
  • Through the Members Area clients can access their account to download payslips, manage documents, contracts and contact the Legal Helpline. They can also make updates to their records and submit changes to their employee’s details
  • Our customer service is second-to-none and we have a friendly and experienced team ready to welcome all queries by phone or email
  • Our team provide unlimited support and advice with the experience and understanding needed to handle even the most complex of queries
  • Our legal support helpline is superior to our competitors’. They provide telephone and email support and help to draft letters. For a small additional fee they can meet the client in person to solve matters directly
  • Stafftax are constantly evaluating the needs of our clients and the staff they employ and have developed extra, optional services in development to streamline the employment process
  • Lots of competitors come and go. Stafftax has been established since 2003 and is the sister company of Nannytax which has been established since 1993. Together we are the UK’s leading payroll service for domestic employers representing over 10,000 clients
  • We have a unique and strong relationship with the HMRC and have a dedicated tax office that deals with all our clients ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Along with Nannytax, Stafftax was the first payroll company to file PAYE returns electronically and we helped to trial the system with the HMRC, just like we were part of the RTI pilot scheme from May 2012 onwards
