There are now 22 additional members of the team who have been recruited and trained specifically to meet the increased demand on the business and we are continuing to review and streamline processes where we can to further improve turnaround times.
Our new telephone opening hours are 8.30am until 1pm - Monday to Friday. This change is allowing the Team time each afternoon to respond to emails, and process payroll changes.
