End to end HMRC compliance

HMRC’s requirements can be complex and time consuming.  However, Stafftax will support you by dealing with HMRC on your behalf throughout the full employment journey.

Once you have hired your staff member, we’ll register you as an employer with HMRC – so you don’t have to.  We will then file monthly submissions, and let you know exactly how much you owe each month.  We will produce statutory documentation such as annual P60 and P11D documents, ensuring these are correctly filed to deadline. It is important to note that any missed submissions or incorrect information submitted will likely result in fines.  And, should your staff member choose to leave, we’ll process the P45 for you.

Pensions administration

It is a government requirement to offer a pension and automatically enrol all eligible staff into it.  However, pensions administration requires regular documentation to be submitted to the Pensions Regulator, which could result in fines if missed.  Our Auto-enrolment Service can be added on to your subscription, ensuring you stay compliant and ensuring pension contributions are added to your employee payslips.

HR support on hand
